• Sending the user’s own device location to their personal HomeSeer system (running on their own PC)

Location data is NOT sent to Spectrum’s servers.
All location updates are delivered directly to the user’s own local or cloud-connected HomeSeer hub, which the user controls entirely.

We do not store, retain, or process live location history on any Spectrum servers.

Users may disable location access at any time through their device settings.

4. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services

• Communicate with users

• Analyze performance and usage

• Ensure the security and reliability of our systems
