At Spectrum Smart Solutions Systems, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality products. All items are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and technical failures, as outlined below.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • Products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty period varies by product and is clearly indicated in the official invoice or project annex.

  • The warranty covers hardware failures and manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

  • Valid only with a proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, or official Spectrum document).

 

Exclusions (What the Warranty Does Not Cover)

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, overloading, or unauthorized handling

  • Environmental damage (e.g., water, fire, lightning, electrical surges)

  • Use outside of recommended operating conditions

  • Software errors, firmware issues, or third-party applications

  • Unapproved modifications or repairs by unauthorized technicians

 

Service Charges During Warranty

  • Within the first 12 months, labour and operation costs are covered along with product repair/replacement.

  • After 12 months, while the product itself remains under warranty (if applicable), the following costs are chargeable:

    • Labour and technician time

    • Travel and site visit fees

    • System reconfiguration, testing, or integration

 

Return & Shipping Policy

  • Shipping or transportation costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Warranty returns must be submitted during the valid warranty period.

Legal Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
